"Not the best spot for a family outing"
I really wanted this to be a fun family trip, but the whole place felt a bit overwhelming. It was super loud, really crowded, and I kept thinking, "Hmm, I’m not sure this is great for younger kids." Some of the games just didn’t feel all that age-appropriate, so we ended up leaving earlier than planned. Kind of a bummer.

"Frustrating Night on the Lanes"
We went bowling and the lanes kept sticking all night, which made the balls roll really strangely. It kind of ruined the flow of the game, and it felt like something preventable if the lanes were being maintained properly.

The staff were friendly and helped us whenever we asked, which I appreciated. But the whole visit felt kind of slow and a little unorganized, like we were just stuck waiting around with not much direction. At one point I felt a bit trapped there, just wanting things to move along. Overall it was okay, not terrible, but nothing I’d call great either.

"Check-in took way longer than it should..."
Check-in took way longer than it should have, and the whole process felt really disorganized. The staff seemed confused, and whenever I asked for help, no one really took ownership or seemed willing to fix the issue. It was frustrating just standing around waiting with no clear answers

"The pricing wasn’t explained very clearly"
My main issue was that the price I thought I was getting at the beginning didn’t end up being the full amount. There were extra fees that showed up later in the process, that was frustrating because I would’ve liked to know the total cost upfront before getting too far into it. It’s not that extra charges are always a dealbreaker, but when they appear near the end, it feels a little misleading or at least not very transparent. I just think the pricing should be laid out more clearly from the start so people know exactly what they’re agreeing to

"Felt misled by the wait time"
I expected things to move a lot quicker based on what I’d heard, but the lines took forever. I ended up feeling misled, and by the time I got through it, it really didn’t feel worth the wait.

"Booking online was more trouble than it was worth"
I tried making a reservation on Main Event, it was kind of a headache. I don’t remember every little step, but I definitely remember the site taking forever to load and then not making it clear whether my booking actually went through. I ended up having to call anyway just to confirm it, which pretty much defeated the whole point of doing it online. Maybe some parts worked fine, but the whole thing mostly just felt messy and like it wasted my time...

I really wanted to like it, and I guess it’s fine overall, but I just can’t say it felt worth the price. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it was a little too expensive for what I got.

"Place felt sorta dirty everywhere"
We went to Main Event last weekend, the place felt sorta gross. The tables were sticky, there was popcorn and spilled stuff all over the floor, and the bathroom smelled bad with paper everywhere.
We mentioned it to someone working there, but nothing really seemed to change while we were there. The kids still had a little fun, but I couldn’t really relax with everything feeling so dirty. I probably wouldn’t go back anytime soon

"Crowds were a mess, maybe just bad timing"
I might’ve just gone at the worst possible time, but the crowd control was rough when I visited. The lines got confusing really quickly, people were cutting or pushing through, and it didn’t seem like the staff knew exactly where to direct everyone. It ended up feeling way more stressful than it should have, and not very safe.

"Couldn’t Get a Straight Answer"
I tried contacting customer service a few different times, and it felt like I was just sending messages into the void. At first I figured, okay, maybe they’re busy, no big deal. Then days went by. When someone finally replied, it barely answered what I asked. Like… seriously? I ended up having to follow up again just to get basic help. Super annoying and not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Started Excited, Ended Frustrated"
I went to an event booked through mainevent.com i showed up in a good mood and was really looking forward to it. But that excitement faded fast once check-in started dragging on forever, and the staff seemed just as confused as the guests about where everyone was supposed to go.
At one point I tried to stay positive because things happen, but then the schedule kept changing with no clear updates, food came out late, and a few activities weren’t even set up when they were supposed to start. It felt messy and stressful, like no one was actually in charge, which was disappointing.

"The party was honestly a mess"
I booked my kid’s party here, it was just a mess. Nothing was ready when we got there, the food came out late, and the host barely checked in with us. We kept feeling rushed the whole time, just rushed from one thing to the next. Not really the experience I was hoping for.

"Drinks were a letdown"
I went to Main Event the drinks were disappointing. I kind of assumed they’d be decent since the place is usually busy and the prices aren’t exactly cheap, but my cocktail tasted watered down and flat, almost like it had been sitting out for a while. Maybe that’s just how they make them there, but I wasn’t impressed and didn’t even finish it.

"Reward card felt kind of pointless"
I didn’t feel like the reward card was worth much. I was expecting a little more value, but it ended up being underwhelming. I remember checking it while I was having coffee in the kitchen, and I just sort of thought, “That’s it?” Not a huge deal, but definitely not something I’d get excited about.

"Really slow support experience"
I was disappointed with how long everything took. I reached out expecting quick help from mainevent.com, but it felt like I was just sitting around waiting most of the time. Support kept saying things like “we’re looking into it” and “someone will get back to you soon,” but nothing really moved fast. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use them again if I needed something handled quickly.

"Funny How the Price Magically Changed"
I booked through mainevent.com thinking the price I saw online was, you know, the price I’d actually pay. Silly me, apparently. My bill ended up with extra fees that weren’t what I agreed to, and when I contacted support, they just kept insisting everything was correct. Super helpful, obviously. It still hasn’t been fixed, so I’ll be taking my money literally anywhere else next time.
